CALL TO WORSHIP
This week, we will begin our service by proclaiming the greatness of God from Revelation 15:
3 Great and amazing are your deeds,
O Lord God the Almighty!
In response, we will sing the Doxology.

CONFESSION OF SIN
After welcoming one another, we will pray a Prayer of Confession and then sing a revision of the hymn And Can It Be together. The theme of this hymn revolves around the idea God poured out his amazing love upon sinners through his perfect son, Jesus.
And can it be that I should gain an interest in the Savior’s blood?
Died he for me, who caused his pain, for me, who him to death pursued?
Have you ever spent time contemplating how incomprehensible that is? That Jesus, who was perfect, would die for us, who are rotten? When Charles Wesley wrote the hymn, his response was this:
Amazing love! How can it be?
That thou, my God, should die for me?
‘Tis mercy all, immense and free!
For o my God, it rescued me!
You will want to give this one some listening time – it’s a quick one!

ASSURANCE OF SALVATION
Thanks be to God that Jesus chose to give his life to save us. We will remind ourselves of this as we sing How Deep The Father’s Love For Us:

PROCLAMATION
We then continue our series titled The Gospel in Life. This week we will see how the gospel of Jesus should impact how we enjoy the good things of life.
RESPONSE
We will remember how we have been transformed by the gospel as we participate in communion and sing together.
